By accessing or using Seeklyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use Seeklyn. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Seeklyn does not use passwords. Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email address, and your session is tied to a cookie-based identifier. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for activity that occurs under your access.

Paid access is currently activated manually. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

You agree not to:

Seeklyn, including its software, design, and content (excluding your submitted content), is owned by Seeklyn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership in the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit for analysis (such as titles, passages, and URLs). By submitting it, you grant Seeklyn a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AEO and citation results are estimates. AI answer engines are third-party systems and behave non-deterministically, so Seeklyn does not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, visibility, or result. Your use of any output is at your own discretion and risk.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeklyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Seeklyn for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeklyn from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and directly. If you have a dispute, email support@seeklyn.com first and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. For users in the EU, EEA, and UK, your statutory rights, including under the GDPR, are unaffected.
